💳 Payment Terms
How much is the reservation / down payment?+
A reservation fee is required to officially lock in your date. The exact amount will be discussed during booking confirmation. This is deducted from the total package price of ₱4,500.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and cash. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
When is the full payment due?+
The remaining balance is typically settled on or before the event date. We'll discuss the specific timeline during confirmation.
🔧 Setup Requirements
How much space does the photobooth need?+
We typically need a 3x3 meter minimum space for the booth setup including backdrop, equipment, and props table. Larger spaces work even better!
How early do you arrive to set up?+
We arrive 1–2 hours before your event start time for setup. Breakdown happens after the 4-hour coverage ends. Setup and breakdown time are not counted in the 4 hours.
Do you need a power source at the venue?+
Yes, we need access to at least one standard electrical outlet (220V) near the booth area. Most venues have this readily available.
Can you set up outdoors?+
Yes, as long as there is a covered/tent area to protect the equipment from direct sunlight and rain. Please coordinate venue conditions with us in advance.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?+
Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability, with advance notice of at least 7 days before the event. Cancellations may affect the refundability of the reservation fee — please message us to discuss your specific situation.
Is the reservation fee refundable?+
The reservation fee is generally non-refundable for cancellations, but we handle each case with understanding. For force majeure situations (typhoons, emergencies), we always try to find a fair solution.
📦 Package Questions
What is an elevator shot?+
An elevator shot is a special overhead or wide-angle dramatic group photo — perfect for capturing large groups of guests in a unique and creative way that a standard photo can't achieve.
How long does making one flipbook take?+
Each flipbook is produced on-site and takes just a few minutes to complete after the photo burst session. Guests get to watch their flipbook being made — it's part of the fun!
Can I extend beyond 4 hours?+
Yes! Extension hours can be arranged and priced per additional hour. Please mention this in your booking request or contact us in advance to plan for it.
How do guests receive digital copies?+
Digital copies are shared via a QR code or link at the booth for immediate access, or through a shared online gallery sent after the event. GIFs are included in the digital delivery.
Can I request a custom backdrop or theme?+
We have a curated selection of premium backdrops. Custom theme requests can be discussed — some custom options may have additional charges. Mention your preferred theme in the booking form!
